At Habitat Hamilton, we understand that home repairs often come at the worst times. Finding trustworthy, experienced contractors—especially for small jobs—can be a challenge. That’s why we created RePair Renovate, a general contracting social enterprise with a purpose.
Our highly trained and fully insured professionals offer a full range of home maintenance, repair, and renovation services—delivering quality work, in a timely manner and within budget.

Available services:
- Interior and exterior general carpentry and framing
- Cabinet removal and installation
- Painting, caulking, and weatherproofing
- Vinyl siding repair, removal, and installation;
- Aluminum soffit, fascia, and eavestrough repair, removal, and installation
- Fence, deck, and shed construction and maintenance
- Exterior stair and handrail repair, removal, and installation
- Door repair, removal, and installation
- Property maintenance including grass cutting and eavestrough cleaning
Services not available:
- Electrical and natural gas services
- Rough-in plumbing
- Chimney and/or masonry restoration
- Roof replacement
- Rodent and pest control
- Tree removal
- Heating, cooling, and appliance repair
- Pool care
Cost & warranty
We offer competitive hourly and all-inclusive rates, including customized full and half-day options for situations in which you have a list of small jobs that nobody else wants to touch. From the smallest of jobs to full renovations, we will provide you a clear and concise quote to guarantee you know what you are getting before you agree.
All our quotes include the supply of labour and materials to complete your project. But if you’re looking to save money and want to supply your own materials, not a problem! Our professional and courteous staff will provide you with a list of materials required, which you can then use to obtain the best possible prices on your own.
And when the job is done, you can rest assured in knowing that all our work comes with a full one-year labour and materials warranty supplied by Habitat.
